|
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Description
A security issue has been reported in pam_ssh, which can be exploited by malicious users to bypass certain security restrictions. The security issue is caused due to pam_ssh not properly restricting the use of private keys with a blank password, even if the "allow_blank_password" option is disabled. This can be exploited to use private keys with blank passphrases by entering a random, non-blank passphrase when prompted. The security issue is reported in version 1.91.
