Description

Some vulnerabilities have been reported in web-app.org WebAPP. Some have unknown impact, while others can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting and script insertion attacks or to bypass certain security restrictions.

1) Input passed to multiple parameters (e.g. "showlog" when viewing statistics logs) is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

2) Input passed to multiple parameters is not properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which is executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site when the malicious data is viewed.

3) Input passed to unspecified parameters when handling user profiles is not properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which is executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site when the malicious data is viewed.

4) Input passed to unspecified parameters when handling gallery comments, feedback, and search results is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

5) Input passed to unspecified parameters can be used to bypass unknown security restrictions.

NOTE: More security related issues have been reported. However, no further information about impact or vector is available.
