Description:
s3rv3r_hack3r has reported a vulnerability in cPanel, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.

Input passed to the "password" parameter in scripts/passwdmysql within WHM (WebHost Manager) is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

Solution:
Filter malicious characters and character sequences in a web proxy.

Do not follow links from untrusted sources.
