Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in HP OpenView Storage Data Protector, which potentially can be exploited by malicious, local users to gain escalated privileges.

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error and can be exploited to execute arbitrary code.

The vulnerability is reported in version 5.50 running on HP-UX with PHSS_35149 or PHSS_35150 installed and on Solaris with DPSOL_00229 installed.
