Description:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in web-app.org WebAPP, some which can be exploited by malicious users to disclose sensitive information, manipulate data, compromise vulnerable systems, and conduct cross-site scripting attacks, and some which have unknown impact.

1) Input passed to unknown parameters is not properly sanitised before being used to open files. This can be exploited to read and write arbitrary files.

2) Input passed to unknown parameters including uploaded files is not properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary code.

3) Input passed in the URL and to unknown parameters is not properly sanitised before being returned to a user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

4) Some vulnerabilities are caused due to unspecified errors. No further information is currently available.

5) Input passed to the "title" parameter in index.cgi (when "action" is set to "menu" and "op" to "EditSave") is not properly sanitised before being used as a string in Perl code. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary Perl code via a ' "; ' character sequence.

Successful exploitation of these vulnerabilities requires valid user credentials.

The vulnerabilities are reported in versions prior to 0.9.9.6.
