Description: Stefano Angaran has discovered a vulnerability in Snitz Forums 2000, which can be exploited by malicious users to conduct script insertion attacks.
Input passed to the "MSN" form field parameter in pop_profile.asp is not properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site when a malicious profile is viewed.
The vulnerability is confirmed in version 3.4.06. Other versions may also be affected.
Solution: Disable the MSN messenger link.
