Description:
Gentoo has acknowledged a vulnerability in lsat, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to perform certain actions with escalated privileges.

The vulnerability is caused due to the temporary files being created insecurely in the "/tmp" directory and can be exploited to overwrite arbitrary files via symlink attacks.
