Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in Squid, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the processing of TRACE requests in squid/src/client_side.c. This can be exploited to crash the service via a specially crafted TRACE request.
The vulnerability is reported in all Squid 2.6 versions up to 2.6.STABLE11.

Update to version 2.6.STABLE12.
