Description: rgod has reported a vulnerability in Winmail, which potentially can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions.
Input passed to the "sid" parameter is not properly verified before being used within inc/class.session.php. This can be exploited via directory traversal attacks to use temporary session files and allow an attacker to access certain parts of the administrative section and e.g. add a super user.
The vulnerability is reported in version 4.4 build 1124. Other versions may also be affected.
