Description: A vulnerability has been reported in bftpd, which can be exploited by malicious users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to a double-free error when sending files. This can be exploited to cause a DoS via unspecified vectors using the GET or MGET commands.
The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 1.8. Other versions may also be affected.
Furthermore, Davide Pozza reported various issues, which may be security relevant.
