Description:
Hamid Ebadi has discovered a weakness in Exponent CMS, which can be exploited by malicious people to disclose certain system information.

Input passed to the "icodir" parameter in iconspopup.php is not properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to list the contents of a directory via directory traversal attacks.

The weakness is confirmed in version 0.96.5 and reported in version 0.96.6 Alpha. Other versions may also be affected.

Solution:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
