Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in OpenBSD, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the processing of certain IPv6 type 0 route headers. This can be exploited to cause a DoS by sending specially crafted IPv6 packets to a vulnerable system.

The vulnerability is reported in version 3.9 and 4.0. Other versions may also be affected.
