Description:
Sun has acknowledged some vulnerabilities in Solaris, which can be exploited malicious, local users to disclose sensitive information, cause a DoS (Denial of Service), and gain escalated privileges.

The vulnerabilities affect Solaris 8, 9, and 10 for both the SPARC and the x86 platform.
