Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in Yate, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to a NULL pointer dereference within the SIP module when parsing the "purpose" parameter of an SIP "Call-Info" header. This can be exploited to crash the service by sending a specially crafted SIP packet.

The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 1.2.0.
