Description:
A vulnerability has been discovered in JulmaCMS, which can be exploited by malicious people to disclose sensitive information.

Input passed to the "file" parameter in file.php is not properly sanitised before being used to download files. This can be exploited to download arbitrary files via directory traversal attacks beginning with a slash.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 101b. Other versions may also be affected.
