Beskrivelse:
Der er rapporteret en sårbarhed i Linux Kernel, som potentielt kan udnyttes af ondsindede, lokale brugere til at udføre et DoS (Denial of Service) eller få kendskab til følsom information.

1) En hukommelseslæk ved frigivelse af PPPoE-sockets efter de er forbundet, men før "PPPIOCGCHAN" ioctl kaldes, kan udnyttes til at opbruge hukommelsen.

2) En fejl i funktionen "_udp_lib_get_port()" i net/ipv4/udp.c kan udnyttes til at opsnappe trafik ved at binde til en port med en lokal adresse, hvis et wildcard bind eksisterer med en lokal adresse for den port.

Løsning:
Opdatér til version 2.6.22, som retter sårbarhed #1.

Begge sårbarheder er rettet i version 2.6.21-git8.
