|
|
Description: Some vulnerabilities have been reported in WikkaWiki, which can be exploited by malicious people to disclose potentially sensitive information and to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.
1) Input passed to the "name" parameter in UserSettings is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.
2) An error in the "RecentChanges" feature can be exploited to disclose the name, the revision date and the optional edit note of private pages via the RSS feed.
The vulnerabilities are reported in versions prior to 1.1.6.3.
Solution: Update to version 1.1.6.3.
