Some vulnerabilities have been discovered in AForum, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.
1) Input passed to the "CommonAbsDir" parameter in common/func.php is not properly verified before being used to include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files from local or remote resources.
2) Input passed to the "header" parameter in common/errormsg.php is not properly verified before being used to include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files from local or remote resources.
Successful exploitation requires that "register_globals" is enabled. Other parameters and files may also be affected.
The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 1.32. Other versions may also be affected.
