Description:
Kazu Nambo has reported a security issue in Apache Tomcat JK Web Server Connector, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions.

The security issue is caused due to an error within the handling of double encoded ".." in URLs. This can be exploited to bypass certain restrictions and may allow access to pages on the AJP backend.

The security issue is reported in versions prior to 1.2.23.
