Lennert Buytenhek has reported a vulnerability in DOMjudge, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error within the "receive()" function in submit/submitcommon.c. This may be exploited to cause a DoS by e.g. sending specially crafted data to the submit daemon.
The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 2.0.0RC1.
Solution: Update to version 2.0.0.RC1 or apply patch.
