Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in ARRIS's Cadant C3 CMTS, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the handling of packets containing invalid IP options and can be exploited to cause the device to terminate and disable all services via a specially crafted packet.
