Beschreibung:
Einige Sicherheitslücken wurden in VLC Media Player gemeldet, die böswillige Personen ausnutzen können, um das System eines Benutzers zu kompromittieren.

Die Sicherheitslücken wurden durch Formatstring-Fehler in den Plugins für Ogg/Vorbis, Ogg/Theora, CDDA (CD Digital Audio) und SAP (Service Announce Protocol) verursacht. Diese können durch speziell präparierte .ogg-Dateien (Vorbis), .ogm-Dateien (Theora), CDDB-Einträge oder SAP/SDP-Nachrichten ausgenutzt werden, um beliebigen Code auszuführen.

Die Sicherheitslücken sind in Versionen 0.8.6b und vorher gemeldet.

Aktualisieren Sie auf Version 0.8.6c.
