Description:
R00T[ATI] has discovered a vulnerability in WebChat, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.

Input passed to the "rid" parameter in login.php is not properly sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

Successful exploitation allows e.g. retrieval of administrator password hashes, but requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 0.78. Other versions may also be affected.
