Beschreibung:
Michal Zalewski hat eine Sicherheitslücke in Mozilla Firefox entdeckt, die böswillige Personen ausnutzen können, um sensible Informationen zu enthüllen und Spoofing-Attacken durchzuführen.

Die Sicherheitslücke besteht in einem Fehler in der Verarbeitung des "wyciwyg://"-URI-Handlers. Diese kann ausgenutzt werden, um Inhalte von zwischengespeicherten Web-Seiten zu enthüllen oder zu fälschen, indem man z.B. Benutzer von einer manipulierten Web-Seite über "HTTP 302"-Redirects umleitet.

Die Sicherheitslücke wurde in Version 2.0.0.4 bestätigt. Andere Versionen können ebenfalls betroffen sein.
