rPath has issued an update for mysql, mysql-bench and mysql-server. This fixes some vulnerabilities, which can be exploited by malicious users to gain escalated privileges, bypass certain security restrictions, or cause a DoS (Denial of Service) and by malicious people to cause a DoS.
