Description:
wushi has discovered a vulnerability in Media Player Classic, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.

The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error when processing .FLI files and can be exploited to cause a buffer overflow when a user e.g. is tricked into opening a malicious FLI file.

Successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary code.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 6.4.9.0. Other versions may also be affected.
