Beskrivelse:
Evan Teran har rapporteret et sikkerhedsproblem i Linux kernel, som potentielt kan udnyttes af ondsindede, lokale brugere til at udføre et DoS (Denial of Service).

Problemet skyldes en NULL-pointer dereferencefejl i ptrace under single-stepping af en debugged child-proces med ugyldige værdier i "CS" registeret.

Løsning:
Rettet i GIT-depotet.
