Description: Chad Phillips has reported a vulnerability in the Project issue tracking module for Drupal, which can be exploited by malicious users to conduct script insertion attacks.
Input passed to unspecified scripts is not properly sanitised before being stored. This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which is executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site when individual or overview subscription forms are viewed.
Successful exploitation requires valid user credentials and that the attacker has the permission to create or edit projects.
The vulnerability is reported in versions before 4.7.x-1.5, 4.7.x-2.5, or 5.x-1.1.
