Description: Sun has acknowledged two vulnerabilities in Sun Solaris, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerabilities are caused due to unspecified errors within the Solaris Trusted Extensions label daemon (labeld), which can be exploited to stop all running Trusted Desktop sessions and prohibit other users from logging into an affected trusted system.
Successful exploitation may require that Trusted Extensions are configured.
The vulnerabilities are reported in Sun Solaris 10 for both the x86 and SPARC platforms.
