Description: Joseph.Giron13 has discovered a vulnerability in OneOrZero Helpdesk, which can be exploited by malicious users to conduct script insertion attacks.
Input passed to the "description" parameter in tcreate.php is not properly sanitised before being stored. This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML attributes, which is executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site when the malicious data is viewed.
Successful exploitation requires that the attacker has valid user credentials and that the target user has "Viewer" or "User" credentials.
The vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.6.5.4. Other versions may also be affected.
