Description: 0x90 has reported a vulnerability in PHP-AGTC membership system, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions.
The adduser.php script does not restrict access to logged in users and can be exploited to create new administrator users.
The vulnerability is reported in version 1.1a. Other versions may also be affected.
Solution: Restrict access to adduser.php (e.g. with ".htaccess").
