Description: A vulnerability has been reported in IBM Director, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to the improper handling of requests being sent to the CIM server. This can be exploited to consume large amounts of CPU and crash the server by establishing multiple simultaneous connections to the CIM server.
The vulnerability is reported in versions 5.20.1 and prior.
Solution: Apply the vendor update.
