Beschreibung:
Eine Sicherheitslücke in IBM Director wurde gemeldet, die böswillige Personen ausnutzen können, um einen DoS (Denial of Service) zu verursachen.
Die Sicherheitslücke besteht in der unsachgemäßen Verarbeitung von Anfragen an den CIM-Server. Dies kann ausgenutzt eine hohe CPU-Last zu verursachen und den Server zum Absturz zu bringen, indem man mehrere simultane Verbindungen zum CIM-Server aufbaut.
Die Sicherheitslücke wurde in Versionen 5.20.1 und früher gemeldet.
