Description: A vulnerability has been discovered in Mac OS X, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an integer overflow error in the handling of Mach-O binaries and can be exploited to render the system unresponsive.
The vulnerability is confirmed in Mac OS X 10.4.11 and reported in 10.5.1. Other versions may also be affected.
