Description:
A security issue has been reported in Fedora, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to bypass certain security restrictions.

The security issue is caused due to insecure file permissions being set for the "/etc/rndc.key" file. This can be exploited by unprivileged local users to e.g. stop named, decrease the logging level or disable dynamic zones updates.
