Description:
A security issue has been reported in Shareaza, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct spoofing attacks.

The security issue is caused due to update notifications being handled via the domain update.shareaza.com, which is no longer controlled by the vendor. This can be exploited to spoof update notifications.

The security issue is reported in versions prior to 2.3.1.0.

Update to version 2.3.1.0.
