Description:
Some vulnerabilities have been discovered in Clever Copy, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks and SQL injection attacks.
1) Input passed to the "ID" parameter in postcomment.php and postview.php, and to the "album" parameter in gallery.php is not properly sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled.
2) Input passed to the "album" parameter in gallery.php is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.
The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 3.0 with security fix 1 applied. Other versions may also be affected.
