Solution:
Update MOStlyCE in Mambo to version 3.0:
http://forum.mambo-foundation.org/showthread.php?t=10158

Restrict access to the "mambots/editors/mostlyce/jscripts/tiny_mce/filemanager/connectors/php/connector.php" script (e.g. with ".htaccess"). Do not browse untrusted websites while logged on to Mambo.
