Description:
Omni has reported a vulnerability in LightBlog, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.

The cp_upload_image.php script fails to validate the extension of an uploaded file. This can be exploited to upload files with arbitrary extensions (e.g. ".php") and execute arbitrary PHP code on the server.

The vulnerability is reported in version 9.5. Prior versions may also be affected.
