Description: Philipp Bracher has reported a vulnerability in Magnolia CE, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions.
The vulnerability is caused due to missing permission checks in the "/ActivationHandler" URL while importing. This can be exploited to add content to a site without having valid user credentials.
NOTE: Existing content cannot be deleted or modified with this vulnerability.
The vulnerability is reported in all 3.5.x versions before 3.5.4.
