Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS), which can be exploited by malicious, local users to gain escalated privileges.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the handling of file change notifications in the "FTPRoot", "NNTPFile\Root", and "WWWRoot" folders. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges.
