Description: A vulnerability has been reported in ISS Internet Scanner, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct script insertion attacks.
Input passed via unspecified parameters is not properly sanitised before being saved as an HTML report. This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which is executed in a user's browser session when the malicious data is viewed.
The vulnerability is reported in version 7.0 Service Pack 2 (build 7.2.2005.52). Other versions may also be affected.
