Beschreibung:
Einige Sicherheitslücken in WinRAR wurden gemeldet, die böswillige Personen potenziell ausnutzen können, um ein verwundbares System zu kompromittieren.

Die Sicherheitslücken bestehen aufgrund von unspezifizierten Fehlern bei der Verarbeitung von Archiven und können ausgenutzt werden, um über speziell präparierte Archive Heap-Speicherkorruptionen und Stack-basierte Pufferüberläufe zu verursachen.

Eine erfolgreiche Ausnutzung könnte die Ausführung von beliebigem Code ermöglichen.

Die Sicherheitslücken wurden in Versionen vor 3.71 gemeldet.
