Description

Some vulnerabilities have been discovered in Blogator-script, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting or SQL injection attacks, to disclose sensitive information, or to compromise a vulnerable system.

1) Input passed to the "incl_page" parameter in struct_admin.php, struct_admin_blog.php, and struct_main.php is not properly verified before being used to include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files from local or external resources. All scripts are located in the "_blogadata/include" folder.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability requires that "register_globals" is enabled.

The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 1.01 (with the POST method and FTP URLs instead of the GET method and HTTP URLs) and 1.00, and reported in version 0.95. Other versions may also be affected.

2) Input passed to the "id_art" parameter in _blogadata/include/sond_result.php is not properly sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.01 and reported in version 0.95. Other versions may also be affected.

3) Input passed to the "msg" parameter in bs_auth.php is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.01 and reported in version 0.95. Other versions may also be affected.

Solution
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly verified and sanitised.
