Description: t0pP8uZz has reported a vulnerability in Xpoze, which can be exploited by malicious users to conduct SQL injection attacks.
Input passed to the "reed" parameter in account/user/mail.html is not properly sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
Successful exploitation allows e.g. disclosure of other users' credentials, but requires a valid user account.
The vulnerability is reported in version 3.05. Other versions may also be affected.
Solution: Update to version 3.10.
Provided and/or discovered by: t0pP8uZz
Changelog: 2008-04-16: Updated "Solution" section.
2008-04-21: Added CVE reference.
