Beschreibung:
Luke Jennings hat eine Schwachstelle in einigen WatchGuard Firebox Produkten gemeldet, die böswillige Personen ausnutzen können, um gültige Benutzernamen herauszufinden.

Das Problem besteht darin, dass für einen gültigen und einen ungültigen Benutzernamen unterschiedliche Antworten gesendet werden. Dies kann ausgenutzt werden, um gültige Benutzernamen in Erfahrung zu bringen.

Die Schwachstelle ist in WatchGuard Firebox X Peak und X Core e-series vor Firmware-Version 10 gemeldet.
