Description: t0pP8uZz has discovered a vulnerability in phShoutBox, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions.
The vulnerability is caused due to improper access restriction of the administrator page (admin.php). This can be exploited to bypass the authentication mechanism and gain access to administrative pages by setting a specially crafted "phadmin" cookie.
The vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.5 Final. Other versions may also be affected.
Solution: Restrict access to the admin.php script (e.g. with ".htaccess").
