Description:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in Apartment Search Script, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks or malicious users to potentially compromise a vulnerable system

1) Input passed to the "r" parameter in listtest.php is not properly sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

2) A vulnerability is caused due to improper restrictions in Member_Admin/editimage.php on what file types users are allowed to upload as logos. This can be exploited to upload and execute arbitrary PHP code.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability requires a user account.
