Beschreibung:
Juan Pablo Lopez Yacubian hat eine Sicherheitslücke in Novell GroupWise gemeldet, die böswillige Personen ausnutzen können, um Script-Einfügungsattacken durchzuführen.

Eingaben z.B. über einen ".JPG"-Anhang in Novell GroupWise WebAccess werden nicht korrekt gefiltert, bevor sie an den Benutzer zurückgegeben werden. Dies kann ausgenutzt werden, um beliebigen HTML- und Scriptcode einzufügen, der bei Betrachtung eines bösartigen ".JPG"-Anhangs im Kontext einer betroffenen Seite in der Browsersitzung eines Benutzers ausgeführt wird.

Die Sicherheitslücke wurde in Version 7 gemeldet. Andere Versionen können ebenfalls betroffen sein.

Lösung:
Betrachten Sie nur Anhänge von E-Mails aus vertrauenswürdigen Quellen.
