Description:
AmnPardaz Security Research Team have reported some vulnerabilities in MegaBBS, which can be exploited by malicious users to conduct SQL injection attacks and by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.

1) Input passed to the "toid" parameter in send-private-message.asp is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a logged in user's browser session in context of an affected site.

2) Input passed to the "invisible" and "timeoffset" parameters in profile/controlpanel.asp is not properly sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

Successful exploitation requires a valid user account.

The vulnerabilities are reported in version 2.2. Other versions may also be affected.
